A graduate of University of London and admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1994, Khay Boon's field of practice is largely in trial and appellate litigation. His area of practice primarily revolves around Civil, Insurance, Corporate and Commercial. During his tenure in practice, he has developed a keen appetite in litigation against banks and other financial institutions.
Apart from being an active member of the Disciplinary Committee set up by the Malaysian Bar, Khay Boon is also a certified mediator. Through mediation, he has successfully brought about amicable resolutions to highly contentious court cases.

Raam Kumar is an Advocate and Solicitor for 20 years standing. An active counsel in the trial and appellate courts, Raam covers a wide range of legal practices including Commercial, Company, Civil, Insurance, Contract, Conveyancing, Medical negligence, Defamation, Industrial Law and Arbitration.
Along with being an Advocate and Solicitor, he is a certified mediator. He has managed Arbitration cases for both on and off-shore.
Raam is an alumni of University of London and University of Malaya. He is a member of the Malaysian Bar, the Medico-Legal Society Malaysia and The International Bar Association. He also currently serves as a member of the Disciplinary Committee for the Malaysian Bar.
